Revolution Homes
For builders and developers

Run your own home factory. Without building one from scratch.

A Revolution Homes micro-factory turns a 25,000 sq ft leased warehouse and a local crew into a panelized home factory serving homes within 200 miles. We bring the designs, jigs, software, supply chain and training. You bring the market and sell the homes.

No robotic factory on day one.

Your factory starts with manual jigs. As production becomes predictable and volume grows, you add automation in phases, highest return first.

  1. Phase 1Manual jigs, trained crew, full software and QC
  2. Phase 2Automated nailing, screwing and panel flipping
  3. Phase 3Automated cutting, drilling and framing placement

Questions builders ask

Do I need factory or manufacturing experience?

No. The jigs, software and training are designed so a local crew without framing experience can build consistent panels. You hire a factory manager; we help you set up and run the process.

Does Revolution Homes own the factory or build the homes?

No. You own and run your business. Revolution Homes provides the platform: designs, tooling, software, supply chain and support.

Which states can I build in?

Revolution Homes is building a network of micro-factories across the country, each serving homes within about 200 miles. Plans are being prepared for approval first in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and California, with more states added as the network grows.

Can I offer my own designs?

Start with the Revolution Homes lineup of ten models. Our engineering team can adapt designs and create new ones as a project.

How far can panels travel from the factory?

About 200 miles. Each micro-factory serves the homes in its region, so panels stay local and shipping costs stay low.

What does it cost to get started?

Costs depend on your market and factory size. We walk through setup, fees and expected payback on the intro call.
